My mom turned my into hyaluronic acid creams with vitamin c and green tea. It's great for making your face look younger.
I'm also using both TB-500 and BPC-157. I love antiaging products.
It's actually time for my rotator cuff and rear delt injections of TB-500 and BPC-157. I put 500mcg of each in my delt with half in the front delt, and half in the rear delt daily.

i don't really like peptides that much most stuff seem like a scam except mt2

but most say i have done this for 3 days now and the shoulder feels better. i dont work out at the moment i have had this injury since July

That's great to know. Most guys seem to say the same. This combo works very fast and effectively. I am definitely gonna get some soon for my back.

I didn't believe the hype on BPC until I tried it myself. I swear it has saved me from having to get surgery on my rotator cuff. I can 100% say SuperiorPeptide's BPC-157 and TB-500 are legit and they work!!!

Also look into Prolotherapy injections.

I've had Prolotherapy injections done since 2013 to lower spine, shoulders and knees. It's work enough to prevent surgery so far.

Basically the doctor shoots a sugar water solution into the joint. The sugar water causes irritation which causes growth of new tissue. Health insurance will cover the doctor visit but not the Prolotherapy solution. So I pay 85dollars out of pocket for the solution. That one vial can be used on 3-4 location at one time though.

Simply get on YouTube and search Prolotherapy to see video of different treatments done on various areas of the body. Not hard to find an Orthopedic surgeon who does the procedure.

I was wounded July 2007 by an IED/road side bomb so my spine definitely got a intense introduction into twists and turns. I definitely would have tried Prolotherapy soon after but was not even aware of such a procedures until 2013.

At a minimum it's worth looking into and seeing how to add it to your current program.
