Realistically PHF is significantly better then bb.com, AM, ology, Meso RX, Lockout.

Sure you get the stupid threads here and there but overall it is much better.

Yeah I agree, I don't go on any of the sites you listed. Just here, PHF, SwoleSource, sometimes AM. I didn't mean to sound like all PHF is stupid. I should of said the MISC is more fun there than most other places..
