Anyone hear of this stuff?
Was researching some things related to NAD.
Trigonelline is an alkaloid compound obtained from fenugreek and is clinically employed in management of diabetes and some central nervous system disorders. It has some pretty interesting attributes along with life span extension, reduces homocysteine, boosts memory, amongst others.

Trigonelline has hypoglycemic, hypolipidemic, neuroprotective, antimigraine, sedative, memory-improving, antibacterial, antiviral, and anti-tumor activities, and it has been shown to reduce diabetic auditory neuropathy and platelet aggregation.
It acts by affecting β cell regeneration, insulin secretion, activities of enzymes related to glucose metabolism, reactive oxygen species, axonal extension, and neuron excitability
