250g jasmine rice
200g NY strip
100g avocado
Roma tomato

75c, 60p, 14g added fat

There have been a couple sales on strip steak for $5 per pound here, and I definitely stocked up!

Steak was fresh, so I poured some of the juice on the rice. Never waste it!

2 chocolate rice cakes
45g raspberry jelly

175c / 50p / 0g added fat

Eaten ~2 hours pre legs- Don’t like training legs or back with a full stomach.

Just had the best sammy I have ever had!

Huge grilled cheese with meatloaf and bacon and massive pile of fries.

So I’m a buck fifty soaking wet. The bartender lands the plate on the table and says if I can finish it he will buy me bear or a shot of anything behind the bar.

I finish it. No problemo. I give my wife the 16ozer. (I don’t drink . . . I like it tooo much.)

My wife has the veggie wrap in the foreground. Don’t ask.
