What are your top protein sources?

A great diet day for me would be:

Breakfast

4 poached eggs + Bacon

Dinner- 1 pound of steak- blackened on the outisde- rare on the inside.

If desert is needed I try to stick to 90% european dark chocolcate.
Still hard to resist shakes and cookies...
 
Good protein sources:
Eggs
Milk
Yogurt
Fish and seafood
Soya
Chicken and turkey
Pistachio nuts
Pork
 
Canned Tuna
Whole Eggs
Frozen Chicken Breast
Whey
Ground Beef
Milk
Cottage Cheese
 
Bison
Chicken
Eggs
Liquid egg whites
Turkey burger
Chicken burger
Cod
Whey protein
 
Milk and derivatives, Yogurt, cheese etc..
Eggs (Whole).
Chicken thighs
Meat (hamburger, steak, briket, ground steak, chuck etc...)
Collagen protein (Bovine sources is what I been using).
 
Ill go from most often to least often for me

chicken
Beef
eggs/eggs whites
whey
fish or shrimp

I dont count main protein sources when eating things like cottage cheese, cheese, nuts etc.
 
Mine are listed below in no order:

Milk/CottageCheese/Yogurt
Salmon burgers
Tilapia
Canned tuna
Chicken
Venison steaks
Eggs

I use dairy as a protein source. This is best for me

2% American Cheese (on eggs)

Beef or Turkey Jerky
Certain Atkins Meals
Tilapia
Tuna
Salmon or Filet when eating out
Turkey Sausage

ProtiDiet Instant Oatmeal
VitaCup Coffee (since the k-cups I use now have no protein and are high in carb)
