She broke it off today. Told me I didnt care enough. That writing to her merry xmas at 10 at night was an insult. Basically said she wasnt in love it was she was just blinded. She hits hard with words. In the end it doesn’t hurt me because she fucked up and broke it off. I was there through thick and thin. Next week I start to better myself in and out! Fuck her!

Yeah man, I've gotten that before. She's probably bipolar or something. Not your fault.

 

[Performance Based]

In all sincerity portion size with my food. Actually been working with a performance psychologist lately regarding this.

Had a weird upbringing and grew up very hungry. Green apple only for breakfast, lunch 2 maybe 3 times a week then food barely edible for dinner. Graduated high school at 5’11 and 116 pounds.

Wife and I go out for dinner 4-5x a week and lunch about the same and I usually order two entrees or heaps of appetizers at every meal.

Trying to reign it in as I am getting older and not able to just crush food all day any more.
