Barleen’s the one from coscto. It’s about $17 squirt in am squirt in pm. Keeps my omega level, via blood tests exactly where it needs to be.

Where's the solid report you read? I've been using their triple strength from Costco at 3-5g per day for a while now. The price is excellent for the amount of omega 3 I'm taking, and I sure hope it's good quality.

I read somewhere that the Costco version is different from what they sell directly. True? No clue.

Shoot man. I can’t recall now. I was using NowFoods Krill for years. When I decided to switch a few days ago, I scoured the Net reading as many reviews as I could and did my best to discern which ones were legit. So much fraud in the fish oil and heck even the fish market as a whole.

We used to only do cod liver oil and it seems like that’s out of form now but historically u look at old cultures like Scandinavia and Japanese use cod liver for health and medicine

Im a fan of Carlsons myself. The Lemon flavoured is great with no fishy burps
