I train at Adrenalin Gym-Peekskill NY the place rocks...the total opposite of a "franchise gym" !

Just started making a weekly trek to iron sport. Raddest gym I've ever been to

I travel often so different gyms but as long as they have a power rack I'm good to go. Anything else is just a bonus. The $10 gym fees get to be annoying. Favorite place is when I visit my mom she has a gym and I can mosey on down there any time of the day or night and train. 2 or even 3 a days are possible as well.

Best public gyms I've trained at are Golds. The one in Vegas was nice before it closed it had a powerlifting area in the back.

how do you train powerlifting at pf? no squat racks, no grunting, no dropping weights....

I have a membership to a regular 24 hr fitness chain for when I have the MN urge to train then a membership at a more hardcore locally owned place that's a converted warehouse. Caters to the more serious lifter. I like having more than one membership. Keeps it interesting.

Quads Gym South (Cal City IL, just south of Chicago)... Where Ed Coan trains...
Supercool guy... I've been training there for years, but only ran into him this year, I started training in the mornings and see him there almost daily...

haven't been there yet, heard good things though. Ever wonder why the members of that gym always win the ironman in Chicago though?

i'm over at X-Sport, some locations are better than others, and it all depends on what time you go.
