15g EAA , 10g Creatine , 10g Glutamine , 50g powdered Gatorade , 30ml glycerin and a pinch of extra salt , mixed in a 1 liter bottle

Start drinking on the way to the gym
Pin 10iu Novolin-R and 4iu HGH "IM" right before walking in the gym

Even on just TRT test the pumps are debilitating
where/what brand/kind of glycerin are you getting? looking to get this and I see many used for skin care and stuff don't want to get the wrong one :ROFLMAO:

I recently started adding a tspn of table salt to my pre workout and I’ve definitely noticed a difference.
Holy hell, like actually a tbsp not tsp? Another person mentioned 2-3 tsp as well so maybe I’m just a pussy, do you guys not get stomach issues? That’s 4500mg of sodium in one go, damn

Almost exactly what I do, but I add 10g of l citrulline instead of arginine. Amazing pumps every time, throw insulin and gh in the mix and it’s insane.

What does the vitamin c do?
 
I do 2-3 Himalayan salt capsules and nothing individually has ever made as big a difference as that. Tried all kinds of pump products. Being properly hydrated is key as well.
How long before the workout do you take them?
 
I like SNS Phosphaditic Acid XT + RAW Pump (or PES High Volume), + Purus Noxygen +1/4 tsp sea salt right to the dome as I'm walking into the gym.

Pre WO meal 1.5-2HR before training taken with:
2g salt
2g vit C
10g creatine
5iu humalog

15-30min before leaving for gym:
10iu hgh IM
5mg cialis
100-150mg Anadrol
1g metformin SR
600mg inject Carnitine IM

Do you find there to be less creatine bloat when used with insulin vs without insulin ?
I may give creatine another try given I've cleaned up my diet. Just don't want the excess water and shin/calve pumps
 
After 1 week of 10iu's humalog and pumps are insane. Also runinng 1000mg aas(C/tren & other stuff)

I’m just under 10% so bloat doesn’t really sit under my skin much it just adds to muscle fullness.

But yeah imo you should be lean before your adding insulin, creatine/simple carbs, Anadrol to your pre workout routine.
 
I don't really plan a pump anymore but I had pizza night last night with 2 glasses of wine and pizza for breakast that translated into an arm spliting pump this morning.
