So this is my first bulk. Brief history. I was an athletic skinny kid. Worked out but nothing serious. Lost my way in life after high school and didn't live a healthy life to say the least. At age 25 I weighed about 145lbs. I started working out again and pursuing a healthy life style. Really fell in love and got serious with lifting around 27. I put on about 35lbs since.
I was recently chosen by Lightning Fast to run a log. Couldn't be happier and more grateful. My goal is to bulk for the next 3 months. Below I'll list my stats. This is my first bulk and my history only consists of SDMZ 3.0 and nothing more so I'm excited to see the end results. I've also recently started Queefers workout program and am loving it. Below I will list cycle and supplements. I am already 4 weeks in with test e at 250mg every 3 days. I plan to run this log right until Feb. when I will make changes with to my program. If left anything I apologize as this is my first log as well. Feel free to ask.
Stats are 5'9 , 184lbs , approx 11% bf

Weeks 1-15 LF test-e 250 every 3 days
Weeks 5-11 LF dbol 40mg pre workout
Weeks 1-15 adex .25 - .50 eod
Weeks 17-21 nolva and clomid
Multi vitamin
Fish oil
Liv 52
Advanced cycle support
Zinc, magnesium, calcium
Taurine
BCAA + glutamine
Baby aspirin
I will post pics workout and diet tomorrow. I'm off until Sat which is when I will start the oral and daily updates. Just wanted to get the log going. I just want to say thank you to PM and all the vets who have helped along the way. A big thank you Lightning Fast for this opportunity. My experience with them has been unbelievable. Communication and t/a is exactly what their name is....Lightning Fast!!!
