So Uncle Z has given me a few bags of Dbol to try out. It’s been a while since I’ve actually used d-bol, a few years to be exact. I’ll be using at 30 mg each day at first to see how I respond. If I’m responding well I’ll keep it there. If not, I’ll throw in the extra 20 mg.

My strength has been plateaued for a while now and I just wanna see if I can add some strength to lifts to help stimulate some new muscle growth. I’m actually just getting over the flu so what a better time to start then now. I will also be running. EP test 400, and mast E 400mg, and Tren E 300mg
 
Yesterday was back in biceps
Deadlifts 135x15 225x15 275x12 315x8
Pull ups BW 50 in about 6-7 sets all together(wide grip)
DB row 55x13 65x12 85x12 (slow and paused at top)
Lat pull down wide grip
150x15 180x12x2 150x12
Lat row machine 4 plates x12x3

Preacher curl 65x20 85x12 100x8
DB incline alternate curl 35x12 40x12x2
Calves 4 sets seated 90 pounds (2’45’s)

I’m not going to lie. I skipped cardio today. My lower back was definitely pumped. Haven’t done deadlifts in a few months.
 
The d-bol is definitely very high-quality like I remember a few years back. I can almost feel myself getting stronger work out to work out. The test is definitely doing its job keeping my libido turning and feeling good. I don’t have anything to say about the Mast or Tren as of now.
 
Legs yesterday

Leg press 2/3 warm up sets with 2 ,45’s
4 plates 15 reps
6 plates 15 reps
8 plates 15 reps
10 plates 12 reps
12 plates 12 reps
6 plates close stance 3 sets 15 reps

Ham curls 145x12x3
Leg extension 150x12x3 slow and pause
Duck squat 80db x 20 reps 2 sets
Hip abduction 4 sets 140 x 12 reps
Calves 4 sets seated 3 45’s 15 reps

Cardio 15 min uphill walk 3.5mph


Feeling completely full already and pumps are getting massive. I am really impressed with how good I’m responding at 30 mg.
 
I got it in yesterday get my pencil and paper and get it logged up as soon as I can. I’m kind of tied up with the kids this weekend.

Welcome back guys and thanks for checking this out. So back on February 11 I tore my pectoral muscle with a measly 335 pounds. I was just getting to the end of my second week on D-bol and I was feeling awesome. I got 315 on a double with no help and I figured
335 would be a cakewalk. Unfortunately, life had other plans for me. I lifted the bar and as I got about 4 inches from my chest the top of my pectoral just collapsed.


I went to the hospital and they referred me to an orthopedic surgeon as they couldn’t do much. The orthopedic surgeon sent me to do a MRI and it was confirmed that I had a ligament tear. I had surgery last Friday and should be healed up and ready for physical therapy in about three weeks. The doctor said I won’t be able to work my chest out for at least six months but with peptides, HGH, and gear I’d like to prove him wrong.

I will be working my legs at the end of this week, and really focusing on calfs and legs and maybe some abs whatever I can do to work around this injury. I don’t know if any of you guys have ever had this injury before but I can tell you it sucks. Thanks everyone for following along.
 
Well guys, I’m officially out of pain medicine and it’s time to get to physical therapy tomorrow. I will also hit a light leg session and maybe stationary bike as well.

No more laying around feeling sorry for myself time to get up and move.
 
Well, today was one hour of physical therapy and then the gym. I honestly felt like shit but I pushed through it.

Stationary bike 45 minutes
Leg press 15x4 plates 15x6 plates 15x8x3 plates
Leg extension 4 sets 130x12 slow and paused at top
Calve raises 4 sets 90 pounds 20 reps
Hamstring stretches 150x12x3


I dropped the Decca down to 100 mg I have not dropped the masteron yet because I’m paranoid lol
 
So I’ve been having a little bit of discomfort in my pectoral muscle with doing the physical therapy. I’ve been doing a lot of cardio on the bike. My doctor advised me one more week before I start training again like running and stuff.

OK guys I’m starting to feel pretty good. I am able to work around my chest and get a few things done. Sorry I’ve been Hella busy since I just returned back to work.

I want to give the guys at PSL a shout out for the awesome muscle shirt.
