Cardio 15 mins, got a nice jog in for five mins

Taught resistance exercise to friend who has trained with me years ago...nice to do this..

Rear and side delts 4 rear, 5-6 side
Front ,traps neck...3 sets front, 4 traps, 3 neck
Rotator external and internal two sets

Took first Imed shot 200 mgs test , mix of enth, cyp, prop , from the growth clinic, haven't seen them , not sure a sponsor anymores..

On this losing bodyfat phase next two weeks I'm thinking 400 mgs test is plenty, eliminating bodyfat number one goal, maintaining muscle, coming next...thisll help insulin levels.

Nutrition has been excellent today one more meal. It's a lower day and still a bit full from yesterday, so may do lower tomorrow..well see...included meal about to chow in cronometer

If get up and down shake and or eat will log it here, tomorrow..

Aftering pressing in, inject into skin when slightly pulling out?

Even had GH leak out this way sub q.

Had oil leak out imed as well.
It works best for deeper injections. The idea is have the needle path become eschewed after you let go. Probably harder to do subQ.

Quads hams. 5 sets each. Leg extensions, one leg at a time.
Seated hangstring curl
Adduction machine.

Work steps in

Low to moderate intensity cardio. couple sets of calves, abs 3 sets. Low back two sets. Obliques, one set.

Cardio 15 mins, nice comfortable jog. Type of shoes matter with this.

Finasteride 0.35 mgs. Third day now on this been adjusting as voice sounds , sex drive, etc. if use too much voice gets softer, if don't voice deep, which usually means too much dht....

If use masteron solo voice can get deep but mixed with test, it causes massive free test, and dht to prostate, so that's a no. Solo with test neg effects r way lessened. Something about shbg....

Dbol can cause voice to deepen after about 20-25 mgs...and no dht conversation. It doesn't convert to methyl 1 test at miniscule amount so that's why it's safe for 5ar converting to dht...

Would rather have a healthy prostate than a deep voice but it's in moderation and find the correct balance....gotta do best with the imperfections and perfections were dealt with,as humans..🙂

Strength was down bc lack of carbs..

Then loaded up in calories...

Nutrition over maintenance...mainly with fats, carbs

Abs, low back, obliques 4,4,3 sets

nutrition... higher in fats

another six days on higher fat, lower carbs...thinking recomp would be nice next couple weeks. That said one thing at time.

*Finasteride is taken daily, aiming for 0.25-0.35... could be off some days..but at least somewhat accurate.

Rear delts 4 sets, supered with side delts 6 sets, supered with front delts 3 sets, traps four sets, neck three sets

since second im shot ..been more aggressive..I like e2 in the higher normal ranges, and think it went above , so added 30 mgs raloxifene.

Nutrition good..

Got labs done.....everything came back except testosterone, which takes 4-5 days. Will analyze from last labs a year ago, to these another time

Crestor 10 mgs taken daily (take breaks, taken this next two months or so)

*Remember estrogen is the hormone responsible for aggression, not testosterone. *there are exceptions like maybe halo(never used it) but this is fact.

cardio 15 mins

quads 6 sets, adductors 4 sets, and hamstrings 6 sets..all supersetted..taking heavy breathes, and in front of fan....

Hacks went moderatly heavy and didnt hurt knees...last time went heavier, hurt low back minor, but pressed low back into station and didnt really hurt. Last week did leg extensions only ,bc hacks hurt, and legs are looking good.

nutrition bit higher fat. Still keeping carbs somewhat lower...

Plan next couple weeks is to up volume more to more sets. One set per week. Training is plenty hard enough. Moreover, to add in eq starting at 125 mgs with 200 mgs test per shot, twice per week, feeling it out, adjust as it goes...

Experimented with estrogen cream and wow, had difficult time dealing with dudes that stare and won't stop looking in eyes. Nothing has come close as aggression felt in estrogen cream

Learned lesson, as long as they don't speak to you, look away, no matter how much their staring right into their eyes and won't stop. Look right in the middle of their eyebrows and eyes, center, stare long enough to make them uncomfortable . Who knows maybe their admiring you but still a bit weird to lock eyes with a guy and keeping staring, unless it's a boxing match, which it's not.

Some people have mental issues and won't stop staring or walk up to you, toward you ..even at 50 lbs less muscle walk into your path...move anyways, they could be crazy, and not worth getting shot for. I put my head down ,literally, a lot in the gym, try not to look around too much, when doing resistance exercise.
