My Journey with Monster Log

It has taken me a little bit to get this rolling.The weather here the last week has really been krazy,lots of snow and ice everywhere.It really delayed my supplies,groceries and training.
Enough about that,Monster was kind enough to sponsor this log.My goal for now is to get my meals consistent,day in day out.Also I need to add a day or two to my training week.
I started with..
Monster Test E … 300 mg
Monster Mast E…100 mg
Nolva as needed
My training..
Upper and lower split,two upper body days and one leg day..
My nutrition..
350 protein
400 carbs
60 fat
This will take me a little bit to get going perfectly,as I need to go grocery shopping this weekend..
I am using this as way to track progress,and stay accountable..More details to come..

I do two sets of 8 to 15 reps..
Also 20 min treadmill post workout..
I have a ton of work to do..
The last year I have been training on my off days(2 days a week),and for the most part eating 3 to 4 meals a day.(lots of non bodybuilding foods)
As far as supps,I keep it really low..I will pick up the pace there as I progress..
Today I ate..
Meal 1
60 grams whey
Bannana
Tbsp of nat pb
Meal 2
8 oz lean ground beef
1cup rice
Meal 3
8 oz Ny strip
1 baked potato
Small salad with light ranch
Meal 4
60 grams of whey
1 tbsp nat pb
I will eat one more meal today..

Ok so here’s a little more info..
I weighed 253 last night
And I weighed 248 this am.

Also hit my second dose of test e (300) and mast e(100)..Monster products are really smooth.as in zero pain or irritation..I also feel their stuff is really strong.. I have gained 6 lbs since starting.

Sorry for the delay..been sick as dog with a bad stomach virus this week..it along with strep throat has been going around..feeling better now but I felt like death for a few days

I went from 248 to 238 in less than a week..it’s been rough..Was gonna get back in there today but still in and out of the bathroom..I may just rest up today and get back to it Monday..
 
Time to get my weight back up…Stomach is finally better..
 
Finally back with some updates..My stomach is doing so much better.I was starting to think something was really wrong with me.
I am planning to add in food gradually day by day,depending how my stomach does..Lots of home cooked meals this week,I got down to 237lbs.
I was 241 this am on a empty stomach..

I’ve been waiting until I felt better..to make some changes..
I do like the test cyp and mast e combo..after reading Bboys log I am considering doing 20 mg a day..I’ve done it before and loved it..
I have some rip stack I am really wanting to add in though too..
Right now it’s 300 mg. Test cyp and 100 mg mast e..started some nolva this week too.

I wanted to do this log to keep me accountable and get back right ..Getting sick was pretty awful and I had no control over that stomach virus..
