Sorry had a very busy week with some family related problems, from now on will try to keep up!
Despite the busy week i did my cardio/training/steps and tracked my food. Sometimes i miss a big steak or something but we must go on till we’re shredded enough! :)

Workout:
Monday: chest/triceps
Tuesday: back/biceps
Wednesday: rest
Thursday: Shoulders/calves
Friday: quads/hamstrings
Saturday: rest
Sunday:rest
Will start tomorrow with training vaccuums every morning when waking up.

Cardio:
I cycled every day for 30 minutes in the afternoon on the hometrainer bike at the gym. I would rather run, but I suffer terribly from shin splints. So will do tibalias training/stetches every evening.

Stop running for a while and walk on treadmill at an incline if shins allow it or do stationary bike or elliptical. Also increase cardio time from 30min to 40 min.
