hi everyone, I am about to watch some 5 or 6 week documentary on test prop/tren, im pretty sure @ 100mg/100mg eod, from tnt studios. I will also be watching Varzilla 50, directed by oxide. I already watched varzilla a couple days, just 50 minutes of it each time. I am waiting for another tv series to start watching, about 3 or 4 weeks into the other documentary. It's about the 10-12 week effects of TE/EQ exposure at increments of 400-500 every week. The tv series airs on the geno network. These movie/tv marathons are somewhat tiring, so I'm gonna have to take some h see g drinks every week, prob about 500 worth.
On another note, I'd like to set some fitness goals for myself, including gaining about 10-15lbs of muscle. Some what due to old injury, and also getting married recently, I've somewhat let myself get out of the zone of dedicated training, and especially lost that edge of aggressive drive. I took some pics and didnt get to do as much as I wanted because I had to setup my pistol-grip type camera with the auto timer, without a stand. I included a couple. My stats are:
5'8
185 - shorts and sweatshirt, just dropped a deuce
BF% - BF device needs batts, so I'll update later, but im thinkin around 12
close to 10 yrs total time lifting, with a few off periods mixed in, but fairly consistent.
Not really concerned about measurements at the moment.
