Hey guys, just thought i would share this with you all. Basically 6 months ago i decided to get back into it properly, was so busy with other stuff basically did not bother to have any consistency with training / diet etc.
Well 6 months later im really back into it and actually thinking to compete next year in MP , the main thing I have learned is diet consistency and using the mirror has been the key factor for me.
Believe it or not in the first pic im using a nice dose of test/ deca and in the after im at the end of my 9 week cruise.
I am about to start my next recomp blast, i will keep updated with pics and progress. really looking forward to seeing what i can do in 2015
