Well, my first week in the books with the IGF-1 LR3 purchased from sponsor Maixmpep.
I have seen some folks talk about tingley fingers and such, not sure if that was I/M or not. My first 2 days I did 20mcg subq- before workouts, and shortly after waking=once daily. i am prescribed T3 for a slow thyroid, so i waited a half hour after taking my thyroid meds. I then upped to 40mcg. Again, did not notice anything-tingling or whatever. However, i do notice a marked increase in appetite, and I have had a bit of insominia. Not sure if the IGF caused that. My diet is a normal working mans diet, I dont have time to eat the cleanest, but i get plenty of good protein-skinless chicken, salmon, tuna etc. Whole grains and fruit- not terrible...not Mr. olympia.. In the gym i noticed already a bit of increase on strength, and the fact that i have not really been sore at ALL. In the gym Im pushin but barely break a sweat. When Im done, Im out of breath for like 2 minutes and then it feels like i havent worked out yet...which at 43 is a welcome change from feeling like you got your a$$ beat after an hour...lol. I am going to up my workouts, from 2 excercises per muscle to 3 and I am changing my routine around for some confusion. Still have to go light on chest from my injury a bit ago ...Ill keep you poseted.
