IGF-1 Timing

hey guys im training for an athletic competition and have decided to include igf-1 to help with recovery on top of the 6iu daily of hgh i am on(split 3 upon waking and 3 before bed) For dosage I am going to do 40mcg per day split into 2 pins, what would be the best time to take? i am thinking after work and after my evening workout? please help thanks
