Due to the evidence out there, IGF DES, MGF(or Peg MGF), and perhaps NPP and GH shots would be better for site enhancement. You dont have to shoot LR3 bilaterally since it goes systemic.

Worked best for me pre workout bilateral on muscle group that i was concentrating on. Might want to start of with 30mcg bilateral and work on up from there. Put on a half inch on arms in a two week time frame when I went this route.
Like knight said it's systematic. No need to go bilateral. I've tried both ways. It's just what you prefer.
I always have enjoyed 100mcgs 2 times a day myself with lr3. Tons of different protocols though. Just test some out and see what gives you the best results.
