first IGF3 run advice from users

Hi guys,
Just about to do my first run of IGF3 is IGF-1 Long R3 (somatomedin C)
i was previously using GH at 5iu am/pm and im sure it wasnt pure as not much to talk about.

Ive been put to a new source and just need some correct advice on how i should run this, i have read to many posts that conflict whats what so need some advice.

I wan to run 8-10 iu per day split and done subq, so how would this look?

am: before eating 4iu mixed with (bac water) subq belly area.
eat 20 mins later eggwhites and pro shake.
train.
6 hrs later take second 5iu on empty gut and eat 20 mins later .
run this for 4-5 weeks then have 4 weeks off (do i need that long off ?)

also running 250mg sus250 and 200mg eq p/w with the IGF3 is IGF-1 Long R3 (somatomedin C),

Dont take it until you have done more reasearch judging by what you wrote you have it all wrong!
IG1LR3 is mesured in mcgs (micrograms) not IU's 100mcgs is typicly the most you would use.

You need to be a bit more specific cause depending on how much water you dilute the IGF with determine how many MCG per IU your using, so how many MCG of IGF do you want to use should be the ?

So your doing 1000mcg per day when the average recommended dose is 60-100 mcg per day.

Correction its 100mcg per vial not 1000mcg typeó

Sorry man your math is way off. IU is relative to the concentration of the IGF.
Its like saying 1cc of test, what does that mean? 100mg,150mg,200mg,250mg....etc. Volume is not measured correctly.

how do you gauge it on a slin when administering a dose???

Go to a peptide calculator just Google one and there you can type in your information and it will calculate. So you have 100mcg or 1mg cause 1mg=1000mcg I haven't seen IGF come in 100mcg bottles just 1mg

From what I hear IGF can make you go HYPO so be careful and make sure you get all the info correct before hand.

i think moose has hit it on the head,

If its 100mcg per vial and you add 1ml you will still have 100mcg.
it would then work out to be 10mcg per IU so 4iu is 40mcg.

i have just over thought it and didnt explain it correctly, look back at first post.
bit more info needed from me .
