Hi everyone, i am concerned that using GHRP-GHRH (such as ipamorelin and mod-grf combo) will affect my insulin sensitivity.
Currently i am using the boom dose protocol (200mcg mod-grf + 1000mcg ipamorelin, dosed right before bed). From this i've experienced incredible hardening of my muscles and fat loss. Yet as i've used this for 3 or 4 weeks straight i am noticing a bit of abdominal pudginess, now i don't wan't to jump to the conclusion that this is fat gain and that this is an indication of insulin resistance. I would rather ask the people of professional muscle if this is a legitimate concern.
Secondly, do you believe using 10iu of humalog pre-workout per Mike Arnold's protocol, and than using the boom dose 5+ hours after my workout when insulin has returned to a normal range, that i may accelerate insulin resistance more so than using 10iu alone?
