What do you all think?

As soon as I get home from gym (about 15 mins pwo)-

-shake-
120g dextrose
60g whey protein
10g creatine
14g EAAs (2 scoops purple wraath)
1 banana
2 cups skim milk

5 mins later after drinking 2/3 of shake-
15ius humalog insulin

20 mins after slin shot-
Finishing remaining 1/3 of shake

45 mins - 1 hr after pwo shake is done I drink a whole foods shake-
2 cups egg whites (50g protein)
1 cup oats
1 banana
Maybe 20g dextrose if I feel I need it

1.5-2hrs after last shake-
Large meal of lean meat and good carbs with very low fat
Usually 60g protein from talapia or chicken
100-120g carbs from rice, noodles, or more oats.

Way too many carbs for that much slin. Either cut the carbs in half from the shakes or up the slin to 25-30iu. During the window while your slin is still active you are getting 200-250g carbs (for only 15iu), plus another 100g right after the window. Alternatively you could pin another 10-15iu right before the 2nd shake.

Overall I think your protocol is just overly complex, you would be fine with just a single shake post WO then a whole food meal 1-2 hours later, pinning 10-15iu with each one.
 
I'm suprised to hear that. Seems that I go hypo very easily on humalog. Iv went hypo 3 hours after the shot before, after those 2 shakes. So i don't know if another dose of slin would be a good idea.

And that is also the amount of carbs I'd be eating without slin. Well, maybe a little less dextrose, but that's it.

I'll try reducing carbs. I'll also add that I have not been gaining fat either. So maybe all those carbs aren't bad?

I don't eat that many carbs in a week lol

I eat about 500-700g per day

And am insulin sensative. So I don't think the answer is bumping the dose to 30ius....
