I'm currently running 10iu of gh. I'll do 5am and 5 post workout. I run slin 3 times a week. 10iu am and 10iu pre workout. I also run lr3 pre workout 4 weeks on 4 weeks on. I'm bumping my gh to 20iu soon. I have zero experience running it this high. Any suggestions on ways to beat optimize it? Thanks!
