Getting IGF-1 Tested.... Where to be?

Hey fellas.... been on Toraxx Greys for 4+ weeks (28ius per wk).... bout that time to get a panel done.... based on what I'm taking what IGF score should I be looking for???200's?? 300's??.... what's considered a "high" score??

Do you know you baseline numbers? Age, diet, gear, effect the numbers.. but you're in the ball park with your guess from most people under 40.

I believe a high score would be approaching 500 or greater. I'd expect 300-400 if it is good gh.(I'm assuming you're doing 4iu 7days a week)

I just scored mid 300s a few weeks ago on 4iu a day with a little added peptides. I would think 300s would be good
