5:15 Post Workout 30 gram whey / 50 gram carbs/ 10 gram bcaa/ 5gram leucine/ 5 gram creatine/1 gram vit c / 4iu gh


6:00 450 egg whites /105 carbs rice

will the rice be ok at injection or should I substitute 25 carbs of rice to pineapple juice?

try it the way it is and have some pineapple juice on hand in case you feel like you need it.. human r won't kick in so fast that you definitely need a quick carb source upon administration.

You are better off with the juice at time of pinning compared to rice which will take slower to digest and slower to increase blood sugar levels as well. Eating every 2 hours while lin-r is active is fine. Keep gatorade, glucose tabs or juice on you in case you start feeling hypo.
 
Just a review after first time with insulin I think I am really resistant and feel much better with it don't need to eat as many carbs to get the same energetic feeling thanks for the help

I went with log postworkout 4units + 4units Gh 50 carb dex shake+ 30 min later pw meal egg whites rice more then fine I actually forced my self this meal to get the meal in I'm usually starving still after I eat and get dizzy
