igf-1 LR3 and Peps Feet/Ankle Pain

Alright my previous regiment which has never caused any discomfort was:

*Cjc w/o Dac 100mcg + Ipam 100mcg 3 x day


Recently I added in igf-1 LR3 at 100mcg once a day IM. About a week in and I'm having such bad discomfort in my feet and ankles that I've resorted to OTC pain killers to manage it. It's debilitating in the morning until I start moving around then it gets some what better but still painful.

Do these types of sides usually disappear when your body adjusts? It's been about 3 days now since it started.

How long were you on the ipam combo before you started the igf? if you werent on it for long it may be that. theres a few complaints out there about wrist/hand/ankle soreness on GH/releasers but they are often using higher dosed ghrp2/6 than ur ipam dose

Yeah I've used the Ipam Cjc combo for a while now and have even went higher with the doses in the past for the Ipam. I didn't notice anything until I started stacking the two with igf-1 LR3. I read something about IGF-1 and sodium retention / swelling, but I don't see any swelling or visible water retention and I keep a fairly low sodium high potassium diet.
