My preferred form of cardio is on a road bike, pounding out some miles. This time of the year it's too cold early, so that's when i lift. After lifting, i've always heard it's wise to get a 50-ish grams of protein. So that said, how long after the protein shake could i administer the GH and peps to my research critter? Or, does the protein shake kill the fasting for the rest of the day, OR, is doing cardio fasted w/ GH / Peps not really that much better than cardio with a protein shake a cpl hrs earlier, and of course the GH / peps...?
