I plan on starting my first run of these three peptides soon. Looking to recomp more than anything, and I'll likely be on a low-moderate carb cycle diet.

What do you guys think of this? Would you change anything?

Weeks 1-4: Ipamorelin + Mod GRF(1-29) 100mcg each AM & PM
IGF1 LR3 50mcg Post workout w/ carb shake

Weeks 5-8: Ipamorelin 150mcg AM &PM
Mod GRF(1-29) 150mcg AM & PM

Weeks 9-12 Ipamorelin 150mcg AM & PM
Mod GRF(1-29) 150mcg AM & PM
IGF1 LR3 50mcg Post Workout

I may run it out to 12 weeks, or 8 depending on progress.

Looks good. I has a similar cycle for 4 of my subject. The only different is Lr3 was dosed at 100mcg post wo. That is his sweet spot. Very nice recomp. Feel free to use my code FIREREP10 and get 10% off over at Ergo. Its worth researching. :)

Thanks for the input! Still not sure if AA is necessary for the IGF, seems RUI recommends Bac NaCL and Ergo said their BA Water is fine. (Not to mention the countless threads on it)

Anyone else?
 
Been running 100mcg Ipam / 100mcg ModGRF for a week now, first thing in the morning and right before bed (10mg Melatonin 1hr before)

I haven't noticed any tell tale signs of increased GH, should I give it some time or up the Ipam?
 
Hey man looks like a nice set up ill be running the same thing soon. If youre looking to gain more muscle you will want to run the Mod/Ipam 3x a day. AM, PWO, and PM the difference between two and three is pretty noticeable especially if your'e using the PWO injection for its nutrient shuttling purposes. With the LR3 I have run it both at 50mcg and 100mcg and the difference I noticed running it at 100mcg everyday for 30 days was MUCH better. I also ran it pre workout, it gave me strength and awesome pumps in the gym as well as boosting insulin sensitivity for my PWO meal. It has a long 24 hour life and in my experience doing it before workout gave me more to work with. Good luck brother happy growing.
