I believe Humulin R is generally OTC throughout the US. Not exactly the best slin out there, but around me its only 25$ at walmart. Cant really beat that.

Yes you can. I walked into Sam's Club and bought a 1000iu vial for $25. All you do is goto the pharmacy and ask for it
