1730--well really 1780 total. just short of the 1800 i wanted

Sam u are looking really big and lean in the video. Great lifts, What is your diet like? I am wondering because it must take alot to fuel such impressive lifts.

not realy, i eat clean year round. mainly cjhicken and potatoes, oatmeal and protien shakes and trio-plex bars. if i eat out its a steak and potato or a salad with chicken. total cals are about 3000 give or take which holds my weight steady at 220. i just diet down before i get out of hand or lose sight of abs completely.
