Humalin -r Protocol help

I have been doing some research for a few months about humalin and decided to go with it due to the ability to get it easily where I am. I just wanted to get a few different concensious of what you have seen work great for protocol.

I am in the gym at 6pm and will be starting DC training. M T W (off) T F(cadio) SS (off)
I will also be running 10iu of hgh. For the HGH would it be better to only run it on my lifting days or should it be ran M W F?

Gear being used is just 500 test 300 NPP will bump up the Test if I hit a plateu and cant overcome it by increasing macros.

My slin question is about timing... It is easiest for me to do it PWO due to having my mini fridge at my office. If I had to I can easily preload a pin and have it sit on ice unti post workout. I train until about 715 ish and get home around 7 30.

I was planning on taking it 2 hours PWO which would be at 4pm.

I have a carb meal at 2pm and then another at 5pm. Then during my work out sip on Karbolyn. At 6 30 slam a protein, bcaa, creatine. and 50g of karbolyn. Continue to sip on Karbolyn through out workout.

Get home and eat dinner around 8pm. White rice is probably going to be the carbs for dinner for right now. Unless some one else advices other.

Then at 11pm 45g protein and 50g carbs drink.

Carbs during the day will come from sweat potatoes brown rice and ezekiel bread.

heres what i have been doing and i like it alot so far.

on sunday and thursday only which are my days off

inject 12ius humulin r up to 3 times that day, ive been doing twice mostly

immediately after injecting i do orange juice, 10g bcaa, creatine and glutamine
30mins later i do apple pie filling, oatmeal and 40g protein
about an hour and a half later i do chicken and white rice.
i do this two times a day, one of those times is about two hours pre workout.

its simple and it works. i do gh at bed. 2.5ius before bed and 2.5 ius when i wake up to piss

DC training
Monday -workout
Tuesday - Workout
Weds - Off
Thurs-workout
Friday- Cadio and probably do some abs
Sat-Sun-Off

I felt DC training suited me best because I just got off a rigurous contest prep and I have class weds so i have to have that off. Sat and Sun i will want off due to summer coming up and i am an avide fisher and getting into hunting. So I like to spend my weekend in the woods. I will be bringing all my food and ect with my on these excursions but wont be doing injections. Not that numb dont need trout bait touching my slin or hgh lol.

so your taking it on your days off? not on training days? i am a bit confused. I will be eating carbs ALL day as well, looking to put on serious size this off season, but a clean diet so no pie filling for me but I will eat some oatmeal poptarts though. That is going to be a staple in my diet for my sugar. I think i can stay pretty lean.

no i workout five days a week. i do a protocol that chad nichols recommends where he basically has insulin only two days a week but multiple times.
i like it bc it basically makes it two days of blasting and then no insulin. i find it to keep me leaner and still put on size easily

thanks i have to do some reading on that.. Im holding off until i get my BL down though. I have been really tired for the past month. Thought it was from no carbs, but im still tired, like i have to take a break from work to take a nap or i cant function. Might be from the HGH and I have also been off of test for contest prep so there are many variables there.

Just want to make sure every thing is inline then I will add test back in and see how that works. I get 8-9 hours of sleep also. Energy drinks and coffee dont help at all. The nice thing is I am off of every thing right now and getting fucking great results after my contest prep so i may keep going with only being on clomid and hcg.
