That said, seeing that you chose a bodybuilding forum to send a message to someone you live with, things could be better.

I had the same thing happen to me a few years ago. I had no idea until my spouse goggled my name, found the pics and then informed me

Everything we say and post online is us putting it out there. Who knows where it will end up.
