Really appreciate that Luki, lots of respect for your opinion!

I have realized now how strong my genetics are and how hard I worked. But at the time I always thought everyone else had better genetics and worked harder than me, which resulted in me putting 100% effort into it. And that’s where good genetics + good work ethic = a really good physic.

well said - those who complain about genetics most often do not give even 70% of their potential...

If you want to know what your genetics really are, give yourself 3-4 years in which you will not skip any meals, training or cardio sessions - you will simply give 100%, then only you can say whether you have good genetics or not, and most often the supposedly "poor" one. "genetics" is simply a lack of sufficient work ethic
