There are literally hundreds of these threads!
But what I noticed on all of them is the following:
Tren ( dry gains)
Deca (wet gains)
No one talks about the actual LBM gains.
Sure, with tren there's no water and gains are lbm.
But with Deca, could it be that the same lbm is gained but with the added water weight?
That's the real question!
We talk about not wanting to gaining fat or water but we end up sick and struggling to eat on tren (for those dry gains)
if we knew (probably impossible for most) what the actual lbm that's gained with both, we might opt for the safer compound and lean out later.
This comes from the never ending "tren builds more muscle"
Why, because it's dry? Do you even know the lbm you've gained from the compounds that are more wet?
2 things.
1. We usually go off the weight after pct.
2. Some get lazy when they see a huge jump in weight. They assume it's muscle from the more wet compounds and slack off. I noticed guys work harder when they don't see a huge weight increase.
You hear this a lot:
"You gotta have the right diet with tren to gain"
You need the right diet with anything to gain lol.
But you hear this with mostly tren...
Tren has become the new test. It's suggested in many first cycles for the " pure gains" notion.
We forget that the major bodybuilders are simply improving their lacking body parts (usually) Some of these pros talk about gaining 8 pounds of muscle in preparation for the Olympia.
We all look at the screen like wtf, only 8 pounds?
In closing, more needs to be said about the tren/Deca debate.
Stronger/drier doesn't always mean a better myotropic result.
And we can all agree that tren is being overly used.
That stuff about slaughter on the finaplix box was pretty convincing lol.
