What dose are you using and what does your diet look like?

I USE 4CC PER DAY AND MY DIET LOOKS GOOD.

I haven't used it but have used other forms of L-Carnitine and have some left over still....Looking to try this when I run out...

This is a "fat transporter" right? Not necessarily a "fat burner"? Systemic and should be injected IM?

Is it best to use it when limiting calories or can it also be used when running just maintenance cals?

Did a search and read good things on here about it.

Exactly what it is....

Think of your fat trying to get to the airport.....L-Carnitine acts like a taxi just helping the fat get there faster ( Or in this case chemically broken down)

anyone know if SLIN pins would be sufficient for IM with this stuff?? Obviously referring to leaner areas on the body such as delts, arms, legs, etc...
