Why would you risk anything the night before a surgery. Your not even suppose to eat or drink after 11pm for most if scheduled for thing in AM.

he didnt say surgery is tomorow .. however

My point is ... some of these medical based threads are reckless .....once every few months you see people asking for advise on topics/threads that fall into that catagory. . You never know what a persons mentality is like ....someone may be looking for just one person to say "i did last year and nothing happened " ... my post was aimed as much at a potential poster as the OP ..

Absolutely not. Cialis is a vasodilator which would cause more bleeding once the surgeon cuts you open bc your blood vessels are "more open" to put it in laments terms. As someone already mentioned you're not suppose to have anything to eat or drink 12 hours prior to surgery. Cialis has a half life of 48 hours so I wouldn't take it three days prior to your surgery to be on the safe side. The last thing you want is to take medication that will cause you to bleed out faster than your normal rate.
