Im not a big eater so eating a 1000 calorie burger from burger king will make things a lot easier for gaining weight. Is it ok for me to eat 1 or 2 quarter pounders of cheese almost every day to get the calories.
 
Hmmm...depends what kind of quality muscle you want. For me I find it easier to grill a couple a three chicken breasts pack 'em up with me and tuna fish comes in foil envelopes now real easy to carry, MRP shakes tons of better options IMHO

The golden rule of calories................It is not always about quantity but about quality! The quality of those cals in the BK shit is poor! A little prep and some forward thinking can have you eating some good quality cals and in the big numbers. Tuna, Salmon in tins or foil bags, as stated above, Mashed potatoes preparred the night before, scrambled eggs, on and on. Think about it. Baked beans can be eaten straight from the tin. Lots of choices bro. Just put your mind to work here and you will come up with 1,000's of calories that do not require cooking or require very little forward preparation!
 
if you have that much trouble gaining weight i would suggest a high calorie, high protein shake 2-3 times a day in between meals.

dude, i have a crappy appetite as well, so I know how hard it is to eat a lot of calories, but like OF said, it's not always the quantity but more so, the quality! Trust me, I learned this the hard way.
pay close attention to the calories, also, eggs are so easy to prepare it's no joke. I can fix 6 eggs quickly! 6 eggs+a can of tuna+ an apple or two oranges... pears..whatever... olive oil... coconut oil...

I used to put to much thought into things, but if you just sit back and look, it's far easier to take in 3-4k worth of calories than you can imagine (if that is how much you want to consume anyway, if you're taking in 2-3K, it's even easier)
