advice on trt

Ok I'm on trt (test-c) due to levels being about 300. I'm of course hitting the gym, etc. Any advice on maximizing it for weight loss and lean muscle? I've cleaned up my diet.

And my endo doc is fine with hcg or any test. Med. What's best? Should I consider hgh?
 
Prescription HGH is very expensive in comparison to UGL. If you can afford it then by all means, yes.

Break up the test injections, twice a week is fine. Some do daily sub-q as well to prevent conversion to estrogen with the theory that this replicates the bodies natural production of test. I'm personally not committed enough to do this protocol.
 
Some "sub-q"? What is that? Like an AI? Like arimedex, novadex, clomid?

And hgh vs igf-1 (or one of its variations) what's the difference?

Currently I've split my injections to twice a week (test-c) already, to keep things more level/consistent. Just dividing up the dose.

Sub-q is an abbreviation for a subcutaneous injection. This is done with a much smaller gauge needle and under the skin opposed to an intra-muscular injection which is larger gauge and injected deep within the muscle tissue.

In terms of anti-estrogen tabs, etc. a blood test in a few weeks will help your doctor to determine whether or not this is needed.

Second question, I'm not qualified/knowledgeable enough to confidently answer.

Fasted cardio first thing in the morning will get you fat loss quick.

Can I get more details to fasted cardio. I assume that it's cardio on an empty stomach. How long is the fast recommended before morning cardio?
 
Just first thing in the morning before breakfast.

That's why it's called "Break-Fast."

Wake up have a quick coffee or fat burner if you chose to do so and bang out some cardio training.

Of course, don't forget to put emphasis on your diet
