so ill be starting this blast in a week, thought id post up my plan
i also havent taken starting pics yet, so thought id get this log in a week early so gives me some time to get my girlfriend to take some starting pictures so i can post them up and have a good log going

bf%: id say 11-12, clear visible top 6 abs, but stubborn lower back fat and lower abdominal fat
current lifts
bench: 425 (best 455 on cycle)
deadlift: 720 (best 800 on cycle)
trap bar deadlift 860 with straps
dumbell row 275X3
squat 550 ( i dont squat, this is just wat i maintain somehow without squating, guessing from deadlift and back training)
goals
500 raw bench
bring up the legs more, i stopped training legs for awhile in pursuit for my deadlift strength since it hindered my recovery, so now gonna focus on the legs

just in the rear tricep head, so 1/3 the tricep muscles
