As far as whole food protein sources red meat and seafood are my two 'go-to' food groups. I get tired of eggs, don't really care for chicken most of the time. I just can never get tired of red meat, it's so versatile: steak, roast, jerky, and the endless things you can do with ground beef. If it's organic, grass-fed beef, I see no problem. I say the more the merrier.
