Today I reached a point I don't like lol : when I touch my stomach I can feel I am losing fat, my skin in some areas is much more "tender" but it needs to tighten up ... I hate that !
Plus I have a thick skin (almost like a crocodile ) so it takes a couple weeks for it to tighten ...
Differences of the day : more veins on my arms, more details on my legs and more veins there as well
Today is my cheat day : hitting up the all you can eat sushi bar tonight !!

Never asked you btw... and that's actually a pretty good question (yes, I enjoy flattering myself from time to time )... do you attribute it mainly to your leg genetics (of course), or do you think there's also a special exercise or at least a way to do it (position of the feet, etc...) that contributed to your quads shape?!?!

Defo tightening up nicely buddy. How are you finding the diet? Looks like you shift fat pretty quick
for the first time this week I had to stop cardio because of a knee pain so I lowered my carbs to 65 to 80 grams a day
Also increased training intensity by using giant sets and lowering down my rest time between sets
seems like I still shedded a bit fat even without cardio ... it had me worried but I guess with synthetine on board fat is still melting
Ah man, sucks hows the knee now? Damn thats low lol. I have just been introduced to giant sets (2 weeks ago) man there pretty grueling. But i enjoy them! Is Synthetine really that good, don't think you can get any over here in the UK
