After u have been off slin and sensitivity is good. Do u start low and work back up to Ur normal stopping point? I only make 2 runs with slin a year. 4 weeks is my first. I usually start back @ 7iu R 1h 30min. Pre workout. And when I leave for the gym pin another 7iu. R i.m. I keep my carbs consistently around 300g( or slightly lower depending on my workout) around my slin dose even if I'm lower with slin. I workout first thing in the am. I end with 28iu total. I'm debating on starting higher this run and possibly ending higher. Going 6 weeks. With 2 rest days a week. I use ala, cinnamon, chromium,ACV, ect.. throughout. 3 times a day. Any thoughts would be great. Thanks!
