A friend of our families used to hold to world bench record back in the 90's and he told me to take aspirin on the day of the meet because it would ruin your blood and make you 2-3% stronger. This was years ago but I don't see how having thinner blood would increase strength??
Is there anything anyone has tried that can make you "instantly" stronger?
I'm thinking TNE before training or taking more orals than normal before training; just curious what y'all have experimented with and found that worked.
