I'm going to utilize GH for the first time.......at 57 yoa my goal is just to get a little younger! LOL
I'm planning on using 2 iu's a day, probably 6 days a week if not 7.
I work out in the morning about 90 minutes after I wake up so am looking for advise on dose timing.
At night?
Pre-workout?
Post workout?
