In a move to reduce my caffeine intake, I've been moving to tea a bit. I drink decaf but just get tired of the taste after a couple cups. I started drinking jiaogulan to see if it will help my systolic BP and also use chamomile(as a rec from PMCChris on here).
Give me some ideas on your experience. Also, do any of you use keurigs opposed to traditional steep? I'm interested in these for work.
