Understanding digestive issues on oral steroids

Sure, I've tried just about everything that was possible to try. Except for OX Bile.

I was wondering if it couldn't be coming from a gallbladder that couldn't properly secrete bile anymore, leading to a digestion issue afterward and deeper problems.

I've know a few guys over the years using high dose orals in or outside contest prep that ended up with acute bile duct issues. The liver conjugates these molecules and then they pass through the bile duct. I don't know what could help. Possibly phosphatiylserine. It's been used for decades. Not sure i it fits here. A quick search revealed an article but not a whole lot. I racall back in the 70s BBer used it when off in recovery such as Franco Columbu.

As the decades go buy i find more things that hamper my digestion. Into my 40's i could do as i pleased. The things that bother me i quit doing as i doubt they are worth the benefit in the long run. As opposed to just trying to put another chemical in me to cover up the issue. Glutamine has been shown to promote healing of the gut lining as it can be used as it is passing through.

Ive noticed the same thing with athletes. Younger, can handle them no problem in the offseason. Older? Loss of appetite, fatigue, digestive issues- even if liver enzymes are in check. Yet in prep its no problem, which I believe is from much less food, being leaner, less inflamed etc.

do you notice tren affecting gut in prep? if so is it more ace or enanthate? seeing how sympathetic this drug is i read its known to cause GI issues even being an injectable?

Tren most definitely can fuck yo your gut for sure. I used 200 mg a week tren enanthate last year and I did not and heartburn like acetate but it did make me loose my appetite completely after a few weeks. I think the low dose had more too do with no heartburn . I basically have found I can get pretty much the same cosmetic effect from equipoise minus all side effects of tren.

Tren most definitely can fuck yo your gut for sure. I used 200 mg a week tren enanthate last year and I did not and heartburn like acetate but it did make me loose my appetite completely after a few weeks. I take them 60-90 minutes after my last meal. Dr. Ohhira's professional formula is pricey but worth it for the results.

I have no Gaul bladder and before it was removed I had no real issues with orals or tren with my gut. Iv I ever use orals again I might try it again. I know I won’t use tren again

I know the gallbladder removal makes things a real bitch. One of my close coworkers had hers taken out and had to change diet, couldn't eat spicy stuff, etc.

Absolutely, more so with enanthate oddly.. but acetate can cause it as well. You hit the nail on the head, just constant stimulation of the CNS system. On top of that almost makes someone quite acidic. But in prep its not as common as it would be someone using it offseason which isnt really advisable.

It has been for me yes, but on its own it’s still just a piece of the pie. Marshmallow root, betaine hcl, and a good digestive enzyme have really helped as well
