That's good to hear. Do you drink at all? I know I used to hit the Bourbon pretty hard and my numbers would start to look like Ass.i had MRI and CT both with contrast
neither showed cirrhosis so im not worried about that
not doing any aas besides test from now on either
why has noone asked how long ago OP has trained before the blood test?
alt and ast are not liver specfic but also enzymes found in muscle.
if youve had an intense session the day before they will most likely be elevated due to muscle damage
Agreed but usually training doesn’t increase ALT/AST to that degree. The only time I saw mine so high was when I was running Superdrol back in 2012. Thankfully it did no permanent damage because my recent GGT level was 11why has noone asked how long ago OP has trained before the blood test?

Nobody asked because @Fleezy has been getting bloods for years - he knows not to train, to be well hydrated, etc.why has noone asked how long ago OP has trained before the blood test?

Dude they are going to be a better resource then anyone on this board. There are some smart guys here no doubt, but I personally would be grateful to have them(dr) and listen to them. I can only tell you what I know my Dr would do as I know her pretty well. But I might not be right and do not know shit compared to these guys. Don't waste a valuable resource like this. Not trying to be rude or anything just offering some advice. I get the feeling you might have just wanted to talk about it as maybe you are nervous and that is understandable. Goodluck on your surgery man if you need someone to talk to you can always dm me anytime!i just messaged them, thank you for reminding me

My thinking as well,,,GGT is a much better testing indicator.GGT is a better test / indicator of true liver health. AST / ALT can be impacted by a lot of other things.
That happens to me. I have to take a week off of the gym to get my levels into range.why has noone asked how long ago OP has trained before the blood test?

How were your creatinine and bun? I assume in range?
Was there a chem panel pulled?
Curious to see what your estimated osmolality may have been. As well, your albumin.
