Hello everybody,

I'm curious about how many times a year you have your blood work tested? I also wonder what you have tested?

Was thinking about:
Kidneys: cystatin-c
Liver: GGT
Cardiovascular: CMC panel and HDL & LDL, maybe apo-B
Maybe HbA1c?

1 x a year at a minimum even if not on any drugs

At least twice a year, either just get my Dr to run a full panel excluding sex hormones, or get this off medichecks if I want to check test, estro etc at the same time:

At least once every 3 months. I don't know much about bloodwork.or what they check for. I know.they don't test for.test and I know they have started checking my thyroid recently. I pretty much let my dr run that and they mention if anything is.off/concerning

Add on are a few times a years and rotate the below:

Lipoprotein (a)
HS CRP
Homocysteine

NMR Particle Test

GGT
Fasted insulin

I believe I got the coupon code directly from Marek’s site. I can’t remember now. I’ll attach screenshots of my order with the costs.

If the code wasn’t directly from the website then what I typically do is Google coupon codes for the site. Then plug them in till one of em works.
