Used to hate cardio now I love it.
Used to love heavy style training, got in a rut, switched to high volume works better and enjoy it.
Recently been just burnt out, don't really enjoy training anymore. I feel like my whole day I'm looking forward to my workout...then all of a sudden...I just feel burnt, switched to just doing "deck of pain" prison style workout.,shit was actually fun and challenging. Used to hate chins, dips, abs
I think in 24 I'm go to give pure calesthenics a try. Try something new. Not trying to get huge anyway so may be a fun change. May even just do it at home.

May be good for me. Everyone knows here my greatest strength and weaknesses...lol...is I'm just super meticulous...over analyze and worry about little shit. A simple calesthenics route may fit me well.
