1-3 times per week for the past 10 years of my life. There where 2 4-6 month periods when I didn't drink a drop and my physique changed more during those times than any cycle has ever changed my physique. I can notice a dramatic change if i simply take a week or 2 off. Maybe I should try giving it up again.
